A. Yes. Ideal Image® is one of the few franchise organizations that provides its individual franchisees with an exclusive territory. We believe that this causes the local franchisees to work together to increase brand awareness and market penetration unlike the adversarial relationship that prevails between franchisees in most other franchise systems.
Q. How much can I expect to earn? A. You will also be provided with a list of existing laser hair removal franchisees that can provide you with financial information that will assist you in this process. Your earnings capability will depend on a number of factors such as the market under consideration, location, your personal business acumen. Q. What is a Uniform Franchise Offering Circular? A. Every franchisor is required by the Federal Trade Commission to prepare a UFOC that contains 23 categories of information that describes the franchise offering in great detail. It describes the franchisors and the franchisees responsibilities, investment information, financial condition of the franchisor and other valuable information. No contracts or fees can be accepted by the franchisor for 14 calendar days prior to signing. The 14 days affords you the opportunity to study and review this document, it is called a Cooling Off Period. Q. Will Ideal Image® award more than one territory to a franchisee? A. Yes. In fact, we will give favorable consideration to any enterprising Ideal Image® laser hair removal franchisee that is in compliance with their existing franchise agreement that wishes to further his/her entrepreneurial goals by purchasing one or more additional franchises. Q.What is the term of the franchise agreement? A. The initial term of the Individual franchise agreement is 10 years with an option to renew. Q. Can I sell my laser hair removal franchise? A. Yes. What is the difference between pulsed light and lasers? A. Pulsed light is not laser. While pulsed light is effective and can be used for other services, our experience supports the more powerful laser treatment for hair removal. Pulsed light is generally less safe for darker skin colors. Q. How is laser different from Electrolysis? A. Electrolysis treatment is one hair at a time. Laser is much quicker. An area like the underarms, for example, can be treated in just 10 minutes. Q. What are the risks of hair removal? A. Laser hair removal is a lunch time procedure. There is no recovery time.
